Using tool

Drive Info and Config Tool works only with Secondary Master HDD. It will be better to remove CDROM or any other devices from Secondary Slave port. You may connect the drive on-line, without repowering the PC or rebooting Windows.

Run the tool and press “Get drive info” button. That’s all — now you have full info about your drive and SMART attributes on the “SMART attributes” sheet.

To capture SMART parameters, go to the “SMART attributes” sheet and press “To clipboard”. If you do not see any attributes, go to the “Drive Config Tool” and enable the SMART. Then try again.

To configure SMART and HPA parameters, go to the “Drive Config Tool” sheet.
